Basic Delivery Information
Standard Delivery cost £10
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60
Local Delivery within 1 mile ( London SE1 6FG )
Orders within 1 mile of our store address SE1 6FG we will use Gophr Delivery Service. Orders made on the day will usually be booked to be delivered the next day between 12pm to 8pm. If there are specific times you are not at home please contact us to make arrangements in advance.
Out of Range Delivery / Mainland UK
Orders made out of our store range 1 mile we will use either Royal Mail or DHL delivery service. These are usually booked on the day to be collected the next day by the courier and delivered to our customer the next day upon collection date.
Example if you made an order on Monday. The order will arrive on Wednesday.
Last day for booking will be on Wednesday in order for your order to arrive by Friday. Orders received on Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun will be book for collection on Monday.
Frozen Goods Order
Frozen items will be packaged and sealed in bubble wrap with TP Solutions Ice Packs and placed in Insulated Aluminium to preserves the good quality unto 72 hours.
Note: Products will be placed in our frozen refrigerator until collection. From the time of collection to your order delivered frozen items will arrive defrosted state. Please take into consideration if you need items to be arrived in frozen state as there will be no refund on these good.
1. We will only dispatch Frozen / Chilled Orders from Monday through Wednesday on a Next Day Delivery Service. All orders made after the cut-off time on Wednesday will be dispatched the next Monday.
2. If delivery is delayed (any reason including (but not limited): delivery failed, no one at the address, telecom issue, or courier issues), and causing item defrost, Hekede would not bare the responsibility and it is no refund. Please be advised that frozen products would be defrosted/ could be spoiled during delivery. Please re-consider before purchase. We do not advise you to consume the defrosted item.
5. Upon arrival please keep it refrigerated and used within 12 hours or manufacturer’s guidelines, whichever is soonest. Defrosted item may not be suitable to consume.
Heavy items over 20KG
If you exceed 30KG in any one purchase we will contact you to discuss our Bulk Shipment rates. If you have any questions on this prior to placing your order, please contact us hekede.online@gmail.com
Out Of Stock Products
If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we would not dispatch alternative product. We could contact you in this case for alternative replacement of refund the cost back.
Failed Delivery
1. Please ensure you provide a correct and suitable delivery address for the specified delivery method. If delivery is failed due to incomplete or wrong address, no one in home, blocked access, telecom issue, etc, there would be additional charge for redelivery.
2. For rejected delivery, there would be £10 delivery charge for delivery and return delivery. It would be deducted from the refund.
Overseas Orders
1. We provide overseas orders using the Royal Mail / DHL International service. Only DRY GOOD will be shipped.
